The location was convenient for exploring the city.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the room not being cleaned automatically. It was baffling that I had to leave a notice to get housekeeping services. Our room was not cleaned when we returned, and the staff only emptied the garbage and provided clean towels after I complained. This should be standard practice, not something to request.
